We understand that skin can be finicky so if you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, we will gladly accept return of any full size product(s)* for store credit, less applicable discounts**. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your product(s) and include your order number in the subject line.*** We will email you return mailing instructions and issue you store credit in the amount of the return, less discounts, upon receipt of the product(s). The store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please follow the above instructions and we will gladly issue a full refund to the credit card or purchase account used.
Please note: If you paid with an e-gift card, a new e-gift card in the amount of the credit will be emailed directly to you.
Our goal is to take the guesswork out of purchasing from our shop. With that in mind, we aim to stock as many travel and trial sizes as possible! Additionally, please do not hesitate to contact us
with any questions or concerns about products prior to purchasing. We love any chance to discuss skin care and makeup.*We regret that travel sizes, trial sizes, and sample packs may not be returned.
