Know Your Toner: CALM

We’ve touched on toners for those with dry skin, and toners for those with troubled skin, now let’s discuss my favorite soothing, healing, and restorative mists for those prone to irritation and sensitivity.

Let’s dish!

AS.AP Neroli Aromatic Water

Neroli smells incredible. That’s settled. And you know what else? It soothes irritation and calms redness. The moment your skin starts to feel the slightest bit prickly, splash on this lovely aromatic water and kiss irritation goodbye! (Decant into your favorite mister to soothe on the go!)

Black Chicken Hydrate My Face

This light and lovely mist calms your delicate skin with chamomile and relaxes your mind with lavender. What’s more, it tones and balances with magical witch hazel. Black Chicken recommends this mist for airline travel and air-conditioned environments and we couldn’t agree more!

R. L. Linden Thousand Petal Beautifying Mist

Romantic jasmine, citrusy neroli, delicate rose, sparkly honeysuckle, consider this mist your good mood in a bottle. And this toner offers more than just anti-anxiety aromatherapy benefits; it soothes, heals, and imparts instant radiance. Don’t be stingy, mist liberally and mist often!

de Mamiel Dewy Facial Mist

With aloe, cucumber, and comfrey to soothe and kakadu plum, lilly pilly, and prebiotics to brighten, this mist will leave skin glowing, supple, and radiant. More importantly, the addition of wild rose in this treatment will make you swoon. Seriously rose lovers, you need this mist in your life!

May Lindstrom The Jasmine Garden

Jasmine, vanilla, cocao, rose, ylang-ylang, I could go on, but do I have to? As with all May’s creations this mist will instantly transport you to a faraway, lush garden. But its benefits are more than superficial, this mist contains nourishing caprylic/capric triglyceride to soothe, heal, and hydrate even the most irritated, weary complexions. Mist with abandon!
